“I want my name to mean me.” — Mark Haddon My first Depthcore piece is inspired by this line in the book "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time". The weight of that notion is somewhat overwhelming, the pursuit of making yourself...is almost claustrophobic, so I sought to reflect that here. From the camera position, there several miles of space rendered in the perspective, but it's extremely compressed in space, in an attempt to approach something more textural.
